LVMH Fragrance Brands

(GIVENCHY BEAUTY and KENZO PARFUMS)

Marketing Intern / Assistant

As a LVMH Fragrance Brand Marketing Intern, I work for both Givenchy Beauty and Kenzo Parfums. Immersing into the beauty industry through fragrance, makeup and skincare.

Over the course of my internship, I have assisted with different Travel Retail animations and events (which you can see more below), prepared promotion materials and created decks to assist with competitor and trend studies, all while assisting in internal workshops and events for the LVMH Fragrance Brand’s Asia Direction.

Centre for Cultural and Media Policy

Social Media Manager / Student Ambassador

The Centre for Cultural and Media Policy students part of School of Creative Arts, Performance and Visual Cultures at the University of Warwick.

As the social media manager and student ambassador for the department, I want to promote the creative culture at the University of Warwick. With our social media presence, my aim is to make this account a spot where creatives from the CCMPS department can use to advertise and broadcast their projects (whether it is for an broader range of audience or to hire a production team for their projects).

Warwick Media and Creative Industries

Social Media Manager / Student Ambassador

Media and Creative Industries BA is a 3 year course in the University of Warwick and as a relatively new course, one of my roles as the social media manager was to help make the account more approachable and personal, in order to draw in new audiences.

I wanted to improve the page and make it one that inspires confidence in prospective students, while also making it streamlined, informative and entertaining. My goal was to make the account feel like it is an account that is run by students but professionally handled.

Before being hired by the Management team, I voluntarily drew up a manifesto detailing the goals that I would like to achieve as a social media manager. In addition to these goals, I also created detailed plans of the improvements I would like to bring in and how I would do so.

Singapore International School (Hong Kong)

Corporate Communications Trainee

Singapore International School (Hong Kong) also known as SISHK, was established in 1991, as a proud alumnus (Class of 2022), I had the opportunity to return to this esteemed institution, not as a student but as a Corporate Communications Trainee.

My roles and responsibilities spanned a diverse range of projects, showcasing the breadth of my skills in communication and multimedia production. 

Tasked with generating compelling video content for the school's website and social media platforms, I crafted interview questions for top scorers at the school and took charge of the entire shooting process, ensuring a seamless and engaging narrative. Another significant project that I undertook involved the comprehensive conceptualisation, filming, and editing of a new admission video.I approached the project with my unique position as an alumnus, and an intention of providing prospective parents and students with a genuine glimpse into what life as a student at SISHK entails.

Lastly, as part of an Instagram carousel post project aimed at portraying the vibrant essence of SISHK's school life, recognising the transformative impact of the leadership opportunities I had the honour of participating in, I made a deliberate choice to spotlight the diverse student leadership roles available at SISHK.

Warwick Opera - Carmen 2024

Marketing Assistant

Carmen is the new Opera show coming to the Warwick Arts Centre theatre in February 2024I am the Marketing Assistant for the upcoming opera show by Opera Warwick and Tech Crew Warwick, called “Carmen”.

I am in charge of the Instagram Stories, all short form content (Instagram Reels and TikTok) and long form video content on YouTube for the show, working and focusing on content creation to help boost the interest in our new show and promote Opera to the Warwick University Community.

Warwick Racing is an organisation affiliated with Warwick School of Engineering and WMG.

In this role, I am tasked with not only shaping the future of Warwick Racing's marketing and communications but also with assembling a team that shares the same vision and dedication. I am enthusiastic about the prospect of building a dynamic team structure that will drive the marketing strategies and brand presence to new heights.

From the ground up, I have conducted interviews to identify talented individuals and curated a team that have unique skills and perspectives that will help improve the Warwick Racing Family.

Equinox HK

Creative Director

Equinox (HK) is a charity fashion show hosted by the students of Singapore International School (HK), each year a group of Year 12 students are chosen to be a part of the board of directors for the show. I was chosen to be the Co-Creative Director of the show. Our show that year was converted into an online fashion show due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

During my time as the Creative Director, I worked with the team to create the brand presence through the management of our social media presence. In addition to that, I also photographed and edited the casting photos, theme photos and sponsorship items. I edited the video for our model reveal and assisted in the filming , editing and the production of the final 2 hour fashion show.
